What you pay?

At Full Service 3% Realty we believe in a simple commission structure. Our fee is 3% of the selling price of your residential home. That’s all. No office fees and absolutely no hidden fees of any kind.

John Kim is everything that you want in an agent. John was great! When I bought the house, he came in and inspected it after I paid for a professional inspection. John found a glitch in the AC that the inspector did not find. Plus he got the bank to pay for a new AC unit days before closing! The craziest thing is I didn't even ask him to do any of that. I used John a second time to sell the house. He sold it within a month and got more money than I was asking for!!! Oh yeah!
