John Kim is everything that you want in an agent. John was great! When I bought the house, he came in and inspected it after I paid for a professional inspection. John found a glitch in the AC that the inspector did not find. Plus he got the bank to pay for a new AC unit days before closing! The craziest thing is I didn't even ask him to do any of that. I used John a second time to sell the house. He sold it within a month and got more money than I was asking for!!! Oh yeah!
